How to save Client id Google Analytics in Bitrix24
When creating a lead/deal from the chat, B242GA the automatic saving of Client Id Google Analytics in the created CRM entity is supported.

Almost no additional steps are required regarding the basic setup. But some conditions must be met

    On the page with the chat widget, the code b242ga.js must be installed

    The goal GA must be attached to the stage in which the entity (lead/deal) is created from the chat
  • 3
    Cid can be automatically saved only if the operator answered in the chat when the client is still on the page. Therefore, it is recommended that you set up an automatic greeting in the chat so that the response arrives immediately after the first message from the client.
